Every Luna Nova fixture carries a 10-year surface warranty plus structural lifetime guarantee. We stand behind the brand the same way our authorized dealers stand behind their installs.
Surface finish
10 years
Patina, oxidation, and surface anomalies on the brass, stainless, or matte-black housing.
Structural integrity
Lifetime
Housing cracks, gasket failures, and ingress protection failures.
Lamps
3–5 years
MR16 and G4 LED lamps carry their own 3-5 year warranty per spec sheet.
What we cover
Any defect in materials or workmanship under normal installation conditions, attested by the installing authorized dealer.
- Brass housing cracking or visible structural failure
- Lens fogging, water ingress, or seal degradation
- Finish corrosion or peeling not caused by impact
- Integrated LED module failure within the first 10 years
What we do not cover
- Damage from impact, vandalism, snow equipment, or installation deviation from the spec sheet
- Water intrusion from improper wire-nut sealing or transformer mis-sizing
- Cosmetic patina on antique bronze - this is expected character, not a defect

Warranty FAQ
- Who can file a claim?
- The original property owner or the installing authorized dealer. Both paths route to the same review desk; the dealer claim is usually faster because the SKU, install date, and dealer ID are already known.
- Do I need to register the install?
- Registration is not required to claim but speeds review dramatically. Without it, we need a copy of the contractor invoice showing the install date and SKUs.
- What happens after I file?
- We acknowledge within two business days, request photos if needed, and either ship a replacement (most cases) or route to engineering for root-cause review (rare).
- Does the 10-year clock start at purchase or install?
- At install. Registering the install fixes that date in your file. The structural lifetime guarantee follows the property, not the owner.
