Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Luna Nova Inc. ("Luna Nova") website at lunanovalighting.ca (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
The Site is operated by Luna Nova Inc., a Canadian company. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, or interferes with the Site's operation.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including product photography, technical drawings, specifications, copy, and brand assets — is the property of Luna Nova Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
3. Product Information and Warranties
Product specifications, photometric data, and pricing displayed on this Site are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. Warranty terms are published on each product page and constitute the sole warranty provided by Luna Nova for that fixture. Luna Nova makes no other representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
4. Dealer and Contractor Relationships
Becoming an authorized Luna Nova dealer or contractor is subject to a separate Dealer Agreement. Submission of a Become-a-Dealer inquiry does not create a dealer relationship. Luna Nova reserves the right to approve or decline any dealer application at its discretion.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luna Nova and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site or its content. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this Site shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
This Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Luna Nova does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Luna Nova is not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Links do not constitute an endorsement.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
9. Changes to These Terms
Luna Nova may update these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
