Find an authorized installer
Luna Nova is sold only through authorized contractors. They're trained on the line, stand behind the install, and route warranty claims directly to us.
Walk the property at night with them
A good designer night-walks the property to test aim, balance, and beam coverage before signing off. Insist on it.
Ask about the transformer
The transformer is the brain of the system. A correctly-sized transformer with hub wiring is the difference between a system that still works in year ten and one that goes dark in year three.
Expect a written warranty per fixture
Every Luna Nova fixture publishes its warranty. Your installer backs theirs separately. Make sure both are documented.
